Your Role
As a Lead Teaching Assistant, you will be involved in organising and leading staff to ensure that all areas of the curriculum are coordinated and implemented effectively to enable the smooth operation of a school day.
You will report to the relevant Head of School, and work closely with the wider leadership team on a day-to-day basis.
You will act as a role model to other Teaching Assistants who you will lead through the organisation of staff meetings and by carrying out appraisals as part of our appraisal process, which is designed to empower staff through a coaching model.
You will support and collaborate with the other Lead Teaching Assistants across the schools in our Trust ensuring as a team that the provision of our wider services e.g., breakfast and after school clubs, holiday club and bus service operate smoothly.
You will be required to maintain pupil records and carry out a range of administrative tasks to support the teaching staff.

8:30am – 3:30pm, five days per week, 40 weeks per year (Term time + 10 days)
