This role is based in our Lighthouse Provision supporting SEND children with complex needs. We are looking for strong, inspirational individuals to join our team who have: A commitment to safeguarding and the well-being of all children; To be compassionate, caring, a role model to others; Level 2 requires L3 NVQ or equivalent qualification; Experience of working with children with complex SEND needs; When necessary, support the individual needs of an individual child; A high level of communication skills with the ability to relate positively to children and adults; The ability to work well in a team; A proven ability to work on their own initiative; A sense of humour.
