Summary

Manager to join our team and help ensure our school remains a safe, secure and
welcoming place for pupils, staff and visitors. Salary: Grade Band 7, Points 19 - 22, £35,709
- £38,544 Hours: 37 hours per
week – 52 weeks In this key role as the Site Manager, you will take
the lead on site maintenance, security and efficient daily operations of the
school site. This includes managing
contractors, maintaining buildings and grounds, and ensuring compliance with
the statutory health and safety requirements.
Experience of hydrotherapy pool management is desirable, as the role
includes supporting the safe operation and maintenance of the school’s
hydrotherapy pool - training can be provided. Please see the job
description for further information. We are looking for a reliable, flexible,
and proactive individual with practical maintenance skills, a strong understanding
of health and safety, and the ability to work effectively with staff,
contractors, and external agencies. You should be confident using IT systems,
committed to high standards. Most
