Berkeley Primary school are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and committed individuals who can provide classroom support to facilitate the learning of children in our Year 3 class. We would like to appoint team players, who will support the aims and core values of the school.
In addition to this, we would like teaching partners who: - have experience of working with pupils with ASD, ADHD traits, SEMH needs and SpLD (Dyslexia)
- can build effective, trusting relationships with children
- are patient but assertive
- are positive role models
- have high expectations and are able to extend learning
- are flexible, adaptable and able to act proactively to unpredictable situations
- are organised, self-motivated and able to use own initiative
- are reflective and fully committed to continued professional development
