Make a fresh start in a company that cares.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Nightshift Cleaning Supervisor to supervise our cleaning team at a prestigious corporate client site. At Sodexo, we value individuality and teamwork—your supervision and attention to detail will help us maintain an exceptional environment for our clients and colleagues.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, supervises by example, and is committed to high cleaning and hygiene standards.

What you’ll do
  • Supervise and support a team of nightshift cleaning operatives, ensuring all duties are completed to the highest standard.

  • Allocate daily tasks, manage workflow, and monitor performance to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment across all assigned areas (e.g., office spaces, laboratories, corridors, communal zones).

  • Carry out routine inspections and quality checks, proactively addressing any issues.

  • Provide hands-on cleaning support when required, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team.

  • Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation procedures, ensuring staff follow correct protocols at all times.

  • Act as the primary contact for nightshift operations, escalating issues and communicating effectively with site management.

  • Support new starters with training, guidance, and ongoing development.

What you’ll bring
  • Previous cleaning or facilities experience—supervisory experience is highly desirable, but strong supervision skills and a positive attitude are equally valued.

  • Ability to motivate, guide, and support a team while maintaining high operational standards.

  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written) with the confidence to brief staff and complete basic reporting.

  • Reliability, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Willingness to work independently and collaboratively in a busy, fast-paced environment.
