As part of the triumvirate leadership structure, you will ensure safe, effective, compassionate and financially sustainable delivery of Audiology services across our networked community sites. You will provide strategic oversight, expert clinical leadership and day-to-day operational management to support one of the largest and most diverse audiology populations in the country.

About You

• Experience managing or supervising teams in a complex healthcare setting.

• Strong understanding of national policy, best practice standards and service governance.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.

• A track record of leading service development, audit or quality improvement initiatives.

• Provide specialist clinical assessment and rehabilitation across your areas of expertise (minimum 5 clinical sessions per week).

• Act as the senior clinical lead for Audiology, offering expert guidance to clinicians, referrers and colleagues across adults and paediatrics.

• Lead the department’s clinical governance agenda, including audit, risk management, patient experience and service quality.

• Support and develop staff through supervision, appraisal, CPD planning and performance management.

• Oversee recruitment, workforce planning and contract management with local commissioners.

• Represent Audiology strategically across Trust, network and regional forums.

• Drive service improvement and evidence-based practice to enhance outcomes for our patients and families.
