Summary
Our client Scottish Power Renewables are recruiting for an Onshore Cable Administrator, on an initial 12-month contact.

Business Lead: Scottish Power Renewables
Location: Leiston, Suffolk
Duration: 12-month initial contract with scope for extension
Rate: Inside IR35, negotiable
Main Purpose of Job
The role of the Onshore Cable Administrator sits within the EA2 ONCA project delivery team reporting to the Onshore Construction Manager.
The role is to support the EA2 ONCA Package team by tracking, monitoring, processing and analysing the large quantities of information that is processed by the package from associated stakeholders, related works contractors and other EA2 packages.
This involves collation, co-ordination and monitoring of documentation, including health and safety, design, commercial, programme, interface information and completions information.
The Onshore Cable Administrator will maintain records and produce reports on the status of documentation and report performance metrics for information against programme and the document release schedule.
The Onshore Cable Administrator will engage with package team members, other packages, related works contractors to ensure information is exchanged in a timely manner.
The Onshore Cable Administrator will also engage with the OFTO transaction team and package team members to assist in making final information available for transfer to the Data Rooms
Key Tasks:
• Work with Document Controllers and monitor competition of workflows by package team members.
• Collate document workflow timescale information and produce report showing performance metrics.
• Liaise with OFTO package and relevant package team members to ensure final information is made available for transfer to the Data rooms.
• Track and monitor completions and produce reports showing performance metrics.
• Support package members to tract TQ & RFI responses and assist in monitoring and reporting their status and timely close out.
• Track Documentation reviews and acceptance status, producing reports showing performance metrics
• Track programme progress, monitor and report on progress against baseline in line with Takeover Procedure milestones
• Assist HSE personnel in preparation of the final HSE file documentation on Aconex
• Track and monitor HSE documentation and produce reports showing performance matrices
• Assist the CDM Principal Designer Package Representative to prepare monthly reports, tract and monitor Design Safety reviews and documentation
• Monitor preparation of Design Safety Plans
• Assist Package Manager to track and monitor Invoices and Milestone payments
• Assist Commercial Manager to track and monitor Commercial Claims
• Liaise with other Packages regarding Interface Information
• Assist Project Design Manager and associated Lead Engineers to track and monitor Interface Information including close out of action logs
• Assist with the compilation of the Lessons Learned register
