The Wokingham Community Older Adult Mental HealthServiceis looking foranenthusiastic,friendly professional andhighly motivatedLocalityAdministratorto join our friendly and innovativeteam.


Your base would be Wokingham Community Hospital where we have access tofree parking,staffroomand afriendly and welcoming team.This role is primarily office based, however there may be opportunities for one day remote working in line with service needs.


Duties will include, organising clinics and home visits,entering and updating information onthepatient information databaseas well as a range ofsharedadministrative tasksincludingsupporting the service to run smoothly and being the front door to our patients and carers. There is an expectation that you will providesecretarial supportand associated administrative tasksto the consultantpsychiatrists during periods of sickness / annual leave / and to meet service needs.

• Havepreviousknowledge and experience of working in a busy office and/or customer care environment, undertaking a full range of administrative duties.
