Summary
Voids Surveyor needed in Enfield
The rate is £20.10ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: RQ1643481
The successful candidate will work with a team of surveyors and letting officers to assist in achieving the corporate void turnaround times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carry out void surveys
- Visiting void properties to pre and post inspect
- Specification write up’s using schedule of rates
- Ensuring empty homes are let to a high standard in minimum turnaround time
- Manage the works process for voids, working closely and effectively with contractors and other stakeholders
- Monitor contractor performance both in terms of quality and value for money
- Use relevant IT systems to ensure that the reporting and data for the performance management is accurate.
