Summary
Day to Day Duties to include, but not exhausted: Handle enquiries by email, post or in person and signpost as needed Scheduling meetings, producing agendas, minutes of meetings Creating and maintaining documents and databases (including SharePoint, Excel and other systems) Undertake clinician compliance checks daily Maintain company fleet tracker, ensuring vehicle compliance Provide ad-hoc reception cover, creating a warm and professional first impression. Quality and Risk general administrative support Undertake any other ad-hoc general duties as required. Manual handling duties on occasion will be required Driving fleet vehicles on occasion will be required (Full UK drivers license required subject to insurance requirements) This list of duties is not exhaustive, and subject to regular review.
