Summary
Do You Want To Help Transform Mental Health Support For Young People? We have an exciting opportunity for a SilverCloud Supporter to join Northpoint. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering innovative, online CBT-based programmes to young people and families, making a real difference to their emotional wellbeing. Why Northpoint? We work collaboratively with local partners and are committed to inclusive, evidence-based support. Our partnership with SilverCloud brings cutting-edge digital therapy to those who need it most. What you’ll be doing as a SilverCloud Supporter Supporting young people (aged 14–19) and parents/carers as they engage with SilverCloud’s online CBT programmes. Acting as a key point of contact: sending welcome emails, offering weekly reviews, and providing guidance throughout the programme. Monitoring risk and outcomes, gathering feedback, and helping to improve the service. Liaising with school staff, professionals, and families to promote the service and ensure the best outcomes. Providing training and support to other practitioners as needed. Working flexibly—on site or remotely from home. What we’re looking for Experience supporting children, young people, or families in a mental health or similar setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to assess and respond to safeguarding and clinical risk issues. Strong IT skills and confidence using digital platforms. A positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude.
