Relief Security Officer - East Midlands (Burton & Derby Areas)Sites include: Lloyds Bank, Halifax, Nationwide, Samworth BrothersPay: £12.21 per hourRequirements: Full UK Driving Licence + your own vehicleShifts: Days, nights, weekends - supporting holiday cover, sickness and short-notice callouts

What You'll DoAs a Relief Security Officer, you'll be the reassuring presence that keeps people, property and assets safe. You'll adapt quickly to new environments and deliver high-quality service wherever you're needed.
Operational Excellence
-Follow all site policies and Assignment Instructions (AI's)
-Adjust to changing site needs and suggest ways to improve service
-Always work within industry guidelines, displaying correct licences
Training & Development
-Complete mandatory training to keep your skills sharp
-Embrace additional learning opportunities to advance your career
-Make use of technology to stay up to date on processes
-Renew your SIA licence 16 weeks before expiry
Security & Safety
-Spot and report Health & Safety risks immediately
-Stay alert to suspicious behaviour or security threats
-Log incidents accurately and follow the correct reporting procedures
-Make required check calls on time
-Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, emergency services and the Mitie Communications Centre
