Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is seeking a proactive and driven Client Relationship Manager (Fixed Term) to join our dedicated C-TEC team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who excels in engaging with businesses, building strategic partnerships, and supporting employers’ access to co-created training solutions and our construction skills escalator across the North West.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
As a key member of the C-TEC employer engagement team, you’ll play a vital role in driving business engagement and supporting workforce development. Your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with employers, supplier networks, and trade bodies across the region.
Promoting C-TEC’s full suite of training solutions, including apprenticeships, commercial programmes, and the construction skills escalator.
Generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, events, and field visits.
Supporting employers with tailored, consultative guidance - aligning training needs with C-TEC programmes and maximising return on investment.
Collaborating with internal teams to co-create industry-relevant curriculum and bespoke training solutions that reflect workforce needs.
Overseeing the launch and ongoing delivery of programmes to ensure alignment with employer expectations.
Maintaining accurate and timely employer records via the CRM system.
