Summary
TheRegisteredNurse/ODPisrequired:
To provide a high standard of individualised care to patients, whilst maintaining their privacy and dignity at all times.

To support the maintenance of high standards of cleanliness in their own clinicalarea.
Work within the anesthetic areas and undertaking competencies as required for the role.
Assesstheanestheticcareneedsofthe patientspriortosurgeryortreatmentundertaking competencies as required
Access, plan, implement and evaluate holistic, high quality and individualised care which respects patient personal dignity and beliefs.
Maintainasafeworkingenvironmentfor patients,visitors,andstaff.
Maintain and promote effective communication within the care team and with colleagues, patients’ relatives, and visitors.
Actaspracticesupervisor/assessortostudents,includingteachingandassessing, within their realm of competence, upholding the philosophy of evidence-basedpractice.
Maintain a professional profile and develop skills, knowledge and competencies adhering to the HCPC/NMC code of professional conduct and Trust policies andprocedures.
