Summary
Winner Recruitment are seeking a motivated and experienced Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and growing Coventry team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in recruitment—particularly within the driving or logistics sector—who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a pool of professional HGV and LGV drivers across multiple client sites.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring all staffing requirements and KPIs are consistently met.
- Handle all aspects of compliance, including right-to-work checks, licence validation, and working time regulations.
- Liaise closely with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing for all drivers.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to identify business opportunities and support company growth.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in recruitment (driving, industrial, or logistics sectors preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HGV driver regulations and transport industry compliance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident working towards targets with a proactive, results-focused attitude.
