We'll then look to you to oversee more detailed analysis carried out by Business Analyst colleagues working across a portfolio of change and delivery.
Ultimately, you'll make sure our strategic plans are translated into detailed, practical steps that lead to successful projects, so the changes we deliver truly support our ambitions.
What you'll do

- Ensure the quality of Business Analysis Services within your assigned portfolio(s)
- Use enterprise designs and capability analysis to create solutions that work
- Coach and oversee the work of Business Analysts in the team
- Build strong and collaborative relationships across Co-op
What you'll bring
- Experience as a Senior Business Analyst working across many projects in a portfolio of change
- Expertise in gathering, analysing, and validating business needs at all levels from strategic to detailed
- Excellent process analysis & mapping within an overall process framework
- Familiarity with tools like Visio, ARIS, Signavio, and MIRO
- Expert workshop facilitation that create energy and collaboration, leading to clear, value-adding outputs
- Experience of working in a large, corporate environment
- Experience working in a variety of delivery environments (e.g. Project, Programme, Product)
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills

- Private healthcare
- An annual bonus (based on personal and business performance)

- A pension with up to 10% employer contributions
- 30% discount on Co-op products and 10% off other brands
