What You’ll Need



  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.

  • Experience working with babies and/or toddlers.

  • Strong understanding of EYFS, child development and safeguarding.

  • Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills.

  • A caring, proactive and enthusiastic approach.



What You’ll Do



  • Create a calm, nurturing environment for babies and toddlers.

  • Deliver engaging, sensory and age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS.

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with families and keep them updated.

  • Observe and track children’s development, tailoring next steps to their needs.

  • Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating space throughout the day.

  • Work closely with your team to uphold a positive, caring culture.
