What You’ll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years.
- Experience working with babies and/or toddlers.
- Strong understanding of EYFS, child development and safeguarding.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
- A caring, proactive and enthusiastic approach.
What You’ll Do
- Create a calm, nurturing environment for babies and toddlers.
- Deliver engaging, sensory and age-appropriate activities based on the EYFS.
- Build positive, trusting relationships with families and keep them updated.
- Observe and track children’s development, tailoring next steps to their needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating space throughout the day.
- Work closely with your team to uphold a positive, caring culture.
