Summary

We now have an opportunity for a Technical Validation Assistant to join our ambitious and friendly team. In this role you will provide an effective and efficient planning application and validation service to applicants, developers and residents.
The successful candidate will be an administration professional with sound knowledge and proven experience of using a document management system and all Microsoft Office products. The right person will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have extensive experience of dealing with members of the public as well as being able to deal with developers and planning agents, and be a good organiser able to meet set deadlines in a changing and pressurised environment.
This is a rewarding role for a highly motivated individual who enjoys working as part of a dedicated team and takes pride in delivering first class services. We are particularly interested in applicants with knowledge or experience of the planning application process.
