Summary
We are looking for a Coordinator to be responsible for the efficient and safe
running of the service, being responsible for:
o The Coordinator will conduct essential assessments and attend our client’s first call to introduce the
care worker to the client
o To attend client care reviews
o Carry out spot visits and quality checks on the care received out in the field
o To work closely with Coordinators around changes to care schedules
o The Coordinator to ensure correct client/care worker matching for new clients
o To support team of Care Workers with supervision
