Summary
Clinical Duties: Implement relevant standards, policies, and best practices in patient care. Independently assess and manage complex respiratory patients using clinical reasoning. Develop and deliver personalised physiotherapy treatment plans. Maintain professional and legal accountability, ensuring accurate documentation. Stay updated with clinical advancements, contributing to service development. Participate in the respiratory on-call and weekend service. Management & Leadership: Effectively manage a dynamic caseload and respond to urgent referrals. Supervise, support, and mentor junior staff, assistants, and students. Contribute to service improvements and policy development.
