Summary
WHAT YOULL DOThis role requires you to provide outstanding care to adults and children and their families in the post-operative phase, across a range of specialities. Undertake A-E assessments, perform emergency airway interventions and manage acute deterioration of a variety of causes. Support learners throughout the department and engage with the education team regarding your continual professional development Adhere to all trust policies WHAT WERE LOOKING FORCandidates can be either Adult or Paediatric Registered Nurses or RODPs Understanding of personal accountability Practice and promotes the use of evidence-based practice
