Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to make a real impact on learners’ development and progression. In this role, you will work with a diverse student population, sourcing and securing suitable work placements, monitoring learner progress, and carrying out assessments in line with curriculum requirements. You will also report progress to the curriculum team and ensure placements meet quality and safety standards.
The successful applicant will have strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently and hold an assessor qualification.
Current occupational experience in an Early Years setting is essential, along with a full UK driving licence and access to a car.
Experience of supporting learners on T Levels is highly desirable, and experience in carrying out risk assessments would be an advantage.
