BE PART OF AN EXCITING NEW SERVICE LAUNCH!

ARC Healthcare are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic client who offers 24/7 support for adults aged between 20–50 with learning disabilities in a supported living environment.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a brand-new team and help shape a new service opening in Norwich in April 2026. Your role will be vital in bringing their vision of high-quality, person-centred support to life.

Our client provides supported living services across the UK, empowering people with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives.

A driver is beneficial but not essential.
Experience is also welcome but not required — full training and development opportunities are provided for those looking to build a long-term career in healthcare!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred support that empowers people to live the life they choose.
• Promote independence through support with daily living skills, personal care, and informed decision-making.
• Build meaningful relationships and encourage community involvement and social inclusion.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals — whether learning new skills, accessing education, exploring hobbies, or developing independence.
• Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and professionals to ensure consistent, holistic support.
• Promote wellbeing and safety by following care plans, risk assessments, and organisational policies.
• Use Positive Behaviour Support to respond confidently and calmly to challenging situations.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate clearly to ensure high standards of care.
• Uphold values of dignity, respect, equality, and inclusion in every interaction.
• Provide warm, reliable, compassionate support — including personal care where required.
