Summary

The Best Connection is currently recruiting multiple Production Operatives to join our client's well-established manufacturing site in Waterlooville, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills within a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Loading machinery with containers and stock:
  Ensuring all materials are prepared and correctly positioned to keep production lines running smoothly. This includes checking quantities, following loading procedures, and maintaining a tidy workstation.

• Assembling products to specification:
  Screwing lids securely, trimming excess material, and carrying out basic finishing tasks to ensure every product meets strict client quality standards. Attention to detail is essential to maintain consistency.

• Stock movement within the facility:
  Assisting with the transfer of raw materials, semi-finished items, and completed goods between production areas. This may involve manual handling and working closely with team leaders to maintain an efficient workflow.

• Packing orders for dispatch:
  Selecting, checking, and packing products to match customer order sheets. This includes labelling, quality checks, and ensuring all goods are prepared safely and accurately for shipment.

• Meeting performance targets and KPIs:
  Working at an efficient pace to ensure daily and weekly targets are achieved. Monitoring your own progress, maintaining productivity levels, and contributing to the overall performance of the team.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, with opportunities on:

• Early Shift: 06:00-13:00

• Late Shift: 13:00-20:00

Pay:
£12.50 per hour, paid weekly.
