Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

You’ll be the hero that keeps learning going! Your role includes:

• ⭐ Delivering pre-prepared lessons to classes across a range of subjects

  
  

• ⭐ Keeping students engaged, focused and enjoying their day

  
  

• ⭐ Bringing positivity, confidence and a sense of fun to the classroom

  
  

• ⭐ Managing behaviour calmly and effectively

  
  

• ⭐ Stepping into different year groups and departments throughout the day

  
  

• ⭐ Being that warm, dependable presence students respond well to

  
  

• ⭐ Supporting the school team with enthusiasm and professionalism

  We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has CACHE Level 2/3 qualification OR at least 6 months experience working with young people

    
    

  • Is confident supervising students aged 11–16

    
    

  • Has strong communication and behaviour management skills

    
    

  • Can think on their feet and adapt to fast-paced school environments

    
    

  • Enjoys a varied role where every day feels different

    
    

  • Has a positive, energetic attitude and loves inspiring young minds
