As a Host with ISS UK, you will be an ambassador for both ISS and our clients, playing a key role in delivering a warm, professional, and memorable welcome.
This important position is ideal for someone who takes pride in exceptional service, builds genuine relationships, and helps create an outstanding experience for everyone who visits the workplace.
The Role
Create a welcoming experience for guests and colleagues, consistently delivering excellent customer service
Act as a knowledgeable representative, confidently answering enquiries about the site, facilities, and operations
Develop a strong understanding of the workplace environment, highlighting key areas such as dining options, services, and activities
Build positive relationships with guests and colleagues, fostering a friendly and professional atmosphere
Identify opportunities to improve the workplace experience, service, and culture, sharing innovative ideas with the team
Bring enthusiasm and professionalism to every interaction, promoting the site’s workspaces, facilities, and culture
About You
Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional experiences
A friendly, approachable, and professional manner with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of people
Strong teamwork skills, complemented by the ability to work independently when required
A considerate and proactive attitude, with a willingness to support colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment
Competent in using relevant systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
