We’re looking for a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team and support our service user in Bury St. Edmunds (IP33). You’ll work in a dynamic and fulfilling environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on people’s lives.

Market leading rates of pay:
£900 per week + £40 food allowance per week

Responsibilities:
• Support patients with their physical care needs, including hygiene, mobility, nutrition, and comfort.
• Deliver person-centered care according to individual bespoke care plans.
• Promote independence and respect each patient’s spiritual, psychological, and cultural needs.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Assist with communication between patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Administer prescribed medication or clinical tasks after completing our advanced training and competency sign off.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Regional Nurse Manager.
• Contribute to a supportive, high-standard care environment.

Specifically:
- Taking observation- BP, HR, Sat's, body temperature
- Manual handling and use of Zimmer frame, stair chair, shower board, wheelchair
- Giving medication
- Assist in personal care and nutrition
- Good in documentation

Our Client is in a Live-in Care Provision (Full-time).
