Summary
About the Role
As our new SEND Teacher, you will:
Deliver high-quality, personalised learning to pupils with a range of SEND needs, including ASD, speech and language needs, and social, emotional and mental health challenges.
Work closely with our SENCO, support staff and outside agencies to create meaningful, structured learning experiences.
Use adaptive teaching strategies and a nurturing approach to help each child thrive both academically and emotionally.
Contribute to a positive, caring school culture where every pupil feels safe, valued, and supported.
About You
We are seeking someone who:
Is a qualified teacher (ECTs with SEND experience are welcome to apply).
Has experience of working with children with SEND, either in a mainstream or specialist setting.
Understands how to personalise learning effectively and can use assessment to guide progress.
Brings enthusiasm, resilience and compassion to the classroom.
Works well as part of a collaborative, skilled and supportive team.
