Summary
As a multi skilled engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring reliable operation and maintenance of all manufacturing equipment and systems. You’ll play a key part in delivering engineering excellence and supporting continuous improvement across production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver both reactive and planned maintenance tasks to meet operational demands.
• Support production teams by taking on ad hoc operational tasks when required.
• Communicate effectively with managers and engineering leadership using relevant reporting systems.
• Work independently and collaboratively within the team.
• Maintain safety standards
• Diagnose and repair plant and equipment efficiently and professionally.
• Assist external contractors and specialist engineers when required.
• Record maintenance activities accurately
• Plan and prioritize workload to minimize downtime and maximize output.
• Monitor and manage spare parts usage and stock control.
About You:
• Multi-skilled engineer with experience.
• Strong engineering/electrical and maintenance knowledge or relevant experience in FMCG equipment in manufacturing environments, would be advantageous.
• Proven ability to work proactively and autonomously.
• Positive attitude toward continuous improvement and high operational standards.
• Flexible and adaptable across engineering and production areas.
• Commitment to maintaining health, safety, and compliance standards.
