Summary

In this varied and rewarding role, you will help ensure the smooth running of our centre by providing exceptional customer service and efficient administrative support. From welcoming visitors and assisting service users, to managing diaries, updating records and supporting colleagues, you'll play a key part in helping our services run seamlessly. You’ll also work closely with opticians, counsellors, volunteers and service managers, becoming an essential member of a supportive and collaborative team.

We’re looking for someone organised, proactive and confident in managing a busy workload. Your responsibilities will range from handling phone calls and booking appointments to monitoring stock, coordinating post duties and maintaining accurate waiting lists. You will also support health and safety routines, such as first aid checks and fire alarm testing, helping to keep our environment safe for everyone who visits.
