Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Anlaby. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, safe, and welcoming for pupils and staff. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to supervise a team of cleaners and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 15:30-19:00 during school term time only.
17.5 Hours per week.
Annual Leave during term time is not permitted.
Own transport is preferred due to the location.
Hourly rate of pay: £13.50
Duties
Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
Supervising the team of cleaners to ensure all tasks are carried out effectively.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Interact positively with clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding cleaning services.
Qualifications
An enhanced DBS Certificate is essential for this role- the company will provide this upon signing a training agreement
