Summary
Registered Care Manager OFSTED – East Riding of Yorkshire.
We are currently recruiting for a Care Manager in East Riding of Yorkshire. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a children’s residential home, or be an experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up. A Level 5 qualification is required.
The role offers a competitive salary of £55,000–£80,000, depending on experience, with additional bonuses for achieving Ofsted registration, staff retention, and reaching full home capacity.
