Mental Health Nurse (RMN) – Nights – £22 per hour

What You’ll Need



  • Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with active NMC PIN

  • Experience in mental health nursing, ideally with challenging behaviour management

  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions at night

  • Strong communication and observation skills



What You’ll Do



  • Deliver safe and effective mental health care during night shifts.

  • Monitor, assess, and respond to challenging behaviours, ensuring residents’ safety and dignity.

  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of care.

  • Support residents’ emotional wellbeing through observation, reassurance, and appropriate interventions.

  • Participate in training and ongoing development to maintain high standards of practice.
