What You’ll Need
- Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification with active NMC PIN
- Experience in mental health nursing, ideally with challenging behaviour management
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions at night
- Strong communication and observation skills
What You’ll Do
- Deliver safe and effective mental health care during night shifts.
- Monitor, assess, and respond to challenging behaviours, ensuring residents’ safety and dignity.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth handovers and continuity of care.
- Support residents’ emotional wellbeing through observation, reassurance, and appropriate interventions.
