What You’ll Need
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
- Experience working with children aged 0–5 in a nursery setting
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
- A caring, positive and team-focused approach
- Confident communication and observation skills
What You’ll Do
- Support children aged 0–5 with engaging activities that promote learning through play.
- Plan and deliver experiences aligned with the EYFS
- Build strong relationships with children and families,
- Carry out observations, contribute to planning, and maintain developmental records.
- Create a safe, stimulating environment where children can explore, build confidence and thrive.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to maintain high standards of care and education.
