Summary

Engineering Supervisor

Stroud

£58,000

️Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.00pm

We're Looking for an Engineering Supervisor who's ready to take ownership, innovate, and make an immediate impact in a busy manufacturing company based in Stroud. With a reputation at second to none, genuine training, development and progression opportunities this is an exciting time to join the business

Roles/Responsibilities

✅ Mixture of hands on and hands off engineering

✅Overseeing team of 14 engineers across a continental shift pattern

✅Coaching and development of engineering staff, identifying training opportunities,

✅ Identifying improvements and efficiency on machinery and involved in project work

What We're Looking For

✅Multi Skilled Engineering background

✅Experience as an Engineering Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor, Maintenance Team Leader, Maintenance Supervisor

✅ Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
