Trek Recruitment is hiring experienced Production Operators for a leading manufacturing company based in Mold, North Wales.

The Role - Production Operator
Operate and monitor production lines efficiently and safely
Achieve daily production plans on time and to quality/H&S standards
Support changeovers, complete some quality checks
Assist with and help maintain high output efficiency
What You Bring
Desirable but not essential - Previous FMCG or manufacturing experience
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Ability to stand and work for 12-hour shifts and work in a team
Good problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions
Permanent, full-time
Location: Mold, North Wales (on-site). Commutable from Mold, Buckley, Gwernaffield, Rhydymwyn, Northop, Nannerch
Must have right to work in the UK
