Summary

Job Description

You will assist in the recovery of outstanding debts and administration of the collection and recording of all areas of Council Tax, Business Rates and Sundry Debt in accordance with Council Policy.

This post will have a blend of office and home working. There is a requirement to work from an office for training, collaborate working and other duties as required by the team.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.

Fixed Term for a period not exceeding: 31/12/2026.
