We’re looking for a Change Manager to play a pivotal role in driving operational readiness and integration across Landmarc. This is your opportunity to shape how strategic and operational changes are embedded, ensuring they deliver sustainable benefits and improve performance across our diverse services.

What you’ll do

As Change Manager, you’ll act as the vital link between operational teams and the Contract Support Office, ensuring new systems, processes, and ways of working are successfully adopted. You’ll:

  • Lead integration and readiness plans for major change initiatives.
  • Identify and implement improvements to workflows and processes.
  • Support change roll-outs across Hard FM, Soft FM, Asset Management, TAROM, and Rural Management.
  • Develop clear communications and training that make change practical and accessible.
  • Monitor adoption and drive continuous improvement, ensuring feedback from the ground informs future projects.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong knowledge of change management and business integration methodologies.
  • Experience in FM delivery models and operational processes.
  • Ability to turn strategy into actionable plans and embed change with minimal disruption.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems and digital tools.

About the Company
