Summary
Job Title: Part-Time Sales and Marketing Assistant
Location: Ipswich (Home Based)
Hours: 15 hours per week
Since 1978, Clearscore have been helping all sorts of businesses find solutions to their print requirements. We were founded in the tradition of silk screen printing, but we also offer wide format digital print which, in combination, ensures quality, cost-effective outcomes for our customers.
We’re looking for a proactive Sales and Marketing Assistant to help drive growth by generating new sales leads that align with our specific print expertise. Your role will be to identify businesses and organisations that would benefit from our services, and connect them with your colleagues for follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients whose needs match our print capabilities
Build and maintain a database of qualified leads
Conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce our services
Assist in developing targeted marketing campaigns and messaging (via email, web and social media)
Collaborate with the management to hand off warm leads and track engagement
Stay informed about industry trends and local business developments to spot new opportunities
Requirements:
Experience in sales, marketing, or lead generation (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional manner
Strong research and organisational abilities
Demonstrable IT skills and ability to create effective social media content
Interest in print, design, or branding is a plus
Ability to understand our service offerings and match them to client needs
