Summary

Our client, a well-established recycling company in Grantham, is seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Driver to join their night shift team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, ongoing work with full-time hours. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 6pm-3am. An accredited FLT licence is preferred but in house would be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift in a busy yard environment
• Loading and unloading materials for processing
• Supporting general yard operations as needed
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Strong work ethic and good communication skills
