Summary

Essential:
Proven experience in childcare or education settings.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
Knowledge of safeguarding, Health & Safety, and OFSTED requirements.
Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities for children.
First Aid qualification (or willingness to obtain).
Desirable:
Level 3 (or above) qualification in Childcare, Playwork, or Early Years.
Experience managing budgets and administrative tasks.
Familiarity with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Creative approach to problem-solving and activity planning.
Confidence in liaising with parents and external agencies.
