Summary
To commence as soon as possible
Beaudesert Park School, set in 30 acres on Minchinhampton Common, Gloucestershire, is one of the county’s leading independent co-educational day & flexi boarding schools for children aged 3 to 13.
Our school buildings range in age from a 19th century folly to a very modern Performing Arts Centre. Facilities are excellent as a result of continued investment. Beaudesert is a country school with plenty of space and superb sports facilities, including 12 acres of sports grounds, seven tennis courts (of which four are all-weather courts), two swimming pools and a large multi-purpose sports hall.
A rare opportunity has now arisen for an experienced, highly skilled and motivated Estates Manager to lead on all aspects of building maintenance and grounds management at our beautiful school. We are seeking a self-starter with a demonstrable track record of leading staff in delivering high quality, fit for purpose services and facilities. Experience of managing and successfully delivering medium sized capital projects on time and within budget is also essential.
The successful candidate must be a team-player who is not afraid to get stuck in when required. They will also be an effective communicator and negotiator, with great planning and organisational ability.
Ideally we are looking for someone to take up post around February half-term. However, we are willing to wait for an exceptional candidate.
Please see the candidate information pack for further details.
Closing date for receipt of applications: Monday 5th January 2026 at 5pm
Interviews expected to take place during week commencing 12th January 2026
Applications will only be accepted via the Beaudesert Park Application form. CVs may be submitted in support of a completed application form.
