Please see the attached Job Description and Person Specification We have an Excellent Preceptorship programme to help new recruits not just to get to know the department but also get to know the area where the hospital is based. We have an established radiographer led CT colonography service and have 9 qualified reporting advanced practitioners as well as a Radiographer Clinical Lead for AI. We have a number of our radiographers on advanced practice pathways including ultrasound and mammography interventional and film reading courses with some also working towards being a consultant radiographers. Our Radiology department is made up of 8 X-ray rooms, 5 CT scanners, 3 MRI scanners, 10 Ultrasound machines, an IR suite and 8 theatre machines. As well as 2 mammography machines and two OPG machines, one of which has CBCT capabilities.
