Summary

Specialist Occupational Therapist Liverpool & Surrounding AreasHours: 22.5 per week, 41 weeks/year (term-time) | Contract: Permanent | Salary: £41,490 FTE (pro-rated to £22,681). Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people? Together Trust is looking for a Specialist OT to deliver high-quality therapy support primarily in mainstream schools across Liverpool and the surrounding areas. What You Will Do: Work autonomously managing your own caseload of students, collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families. Carry out holistic assessments and design evidence-based therapy programs tailored to each students needs. Provide specialist advice, training, and support to staff, parents, and carers. Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and innovation in practice. Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive learning culture. Who We Are Looking For: Qualified Occupational Therapist, HCPC-registered and RCOT member. Experience in mainstream school settings, supporting children with complex needs or Autism Spectrum Conditions. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively. Knowledge of assessment tools, outcome measures, and embedding therapy into learning.
