Summary
Project Worker to support clients and staff .
Setting rooms up providing prompt calls and undertaking home visits to support older people- no personal care involved
Support lunch club and other social and recreational activities that enhance older peoples standard of living.
Link with the charities health support worker to identify key services for older people.
Fully traceable work history and will need to agree to a DBS check paid for by the charity
