If so, My Ohana has the perfect opportunity for you. We are the operators of the IKEA Creches across the UK & Ireland, and we are looking for full-time and Part time Early Years Educator in the Southampton Store.

We are looking for flexible, creative and enthusiastic candidates to join our team.

We are currently recruiting for:

Role : Early Years Educator & School holiday activity assistant

Hours : from 20hrs per week - Monday to Sunday (on a rota basis)

Salary : £13.00 an hour

What you’ll need to succeed as an Early Years Educator?

- Passion and dedication to providing world class care to children
- For some roles, to hold a full and relevant early years qualification of Level 2 and above
- Prior experience of looking after children
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Passion for providing good customer service

Skills & Qualifications

- Have experience working with children aged 3 years to 11 years
- Hold a minimum Level 3 childcare qualification or Play worker Level 3 (pre 2014)
- Ability to contribute to creative activity planning
- Ability to communicate with children and parents
- Work well within a team
- Ability to step up into a supervisory role when required.

- Provide the BEST experience for all children with safety and their wellbeing at the centre of focus
- Adhere to all the rules, regulations, procedures and principles
- Drive a fun, action-packed day of activities
- Provide world-class customer service to our parents
