The Lead Software Developer should be able to provide technical leadership across development streams, ensuring robust architecture, best-practice engineering, and mentoring of delivery teams.
Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities):
Define, enforce, and guide technical standards and best practices across solution delivery.
Lead teams in developing scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise solutions.
Oversee integration with platforms such as SharePoint and Dynamics 365 using OAuth2/OIDC.
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and modern engineering methodologies.
Provide architectural oversight and ensure alignment with enterprise design principles.
Key Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]
Extensive experience delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.
Strong leadership and mentoring capability with stakeholder engagement experience.
Deep knowledge of Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, and secure deployment models.
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, service standards, and governance.

Good communication skills
