The Vacancy

Quarriers Renfrewshire Supported Living Initiative supports adults who have a physical disability, learning disability, or acquired brain injury to live at home and be part of their local community.

We currently have two part-time Support Worker positions (30 hours each) available. These roles involve supporting people in their own homes, in family homes, and out and about in the local community. Every day is different, offering the chance to learn, grow, and help others live fuller and happier lives.

Our service supports adults to reach their full potential and achieve personalised outcomes tailored to their wants and needs.

As a Support Worker, you will:

Provide person-centred support based on individual needs

Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing

Support people with daily living tasks and community activities

Work as part of a flexible team across Renfrewshire

Working Pattern

2 x 30-hour contracts

Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleepovers

Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the people we support

A driving licence is preferred due to travel across Renfrewshire
