Bank Support Workers – Supported Living for Vulnerable Adults
Locations: Bristol, South Gloucestershire, and North Somerset
Hazelcare Limited is currently recruiting Bank Support Workers to join our dedicated team in a supported living setting for vulnerable adults with mental health needs and learning difficulties.
This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by supporting individuals in a private setting with their day-to-day needs, including:
Personal care
Budgeting and managing correspondence
Maintaining a balanced diet
Supporting individuals to maintain their home/shared house
Accessing the community and developing independence
This role is extremely rewarding, enabling those you support to gain new skills and confidence, with the ultimate goal of living independently.
What We’re Looking For
A friendly, outgoing person with excellent observation skills
Patience and understanding of mental health
Preferably some care work experience
Good written English for documentation, forms, and letter writing
A full UK driving licence (essential)
